A fridge, a microwave oven, and an air conditioning inside the double room were handy. Dinner and breakfast food was good. The location was ideal and exceptionally nice, close to the exciting nightlife and a restaurant for dinner in the pouring rain.

The hotel is a little old. Excellent location. Despite the room being too old, the bed is very comfortable. Ideal for those who want to enjoy South Beach and go to the hotel only to sleep. Vallet service is reliable and the staff are very polite, especially Suzy, who is in reception at night.

The elevator bump when passing 2nd floor. Noise due to hard floors/isolation: neighbouring room lady with high heels resonated a lot half of the light bulbs out.

Rude receptionist. Terrible welcome and service. It was so bad that we moved to another hotel after the 1st day.Our booking was cancelled without any notice and we had to rebook at an increased rate. This happened to a few other guest also while we were waiting at reception. The receptionist was extremely rude. She provided the same horrible service to +-10 guests standing at reception with us all receiving the same rude service. There were several cancelled bookings due to Starlights errors which left many guests with no choice but to pay higher rates.

Comfortable Stay with Great Amenities
I loved the clean, cozy room that offered a reliable AC that kept us cool during the hot days. The drink station at check-in was a pleasant surprise, providing refreshing options. I recommend requesting a room with more outlets for charging devices. Perfect for those looking for convenience!

Newly decorated and clean place overall with excellent and absolutely perfect location right on ocean drive. Nice, excellent people working here. Location not far from beach, shops, and restaurants, the exciting nightlife and the promenade. Wonderful stay, as always.

Location: the hotel was right by the starlite, the beach and all the restaurants, and the venue's own restaurant.

Had a nice time chilling in the king room and soaking up the sun by the pool. The outdoor bar was perfect for unwinding with a drink, and they had a cozy lounge that made for great relaxation. The only thing was that some areas could use a bit of a facelift, but it didn't take away from the overall experience! 😊

The room was a bit outdated but super clean, and the bed was comfortable, made for a solid night's sleep. The lighting was a tad dull, and there weren't many outlets, so charging devices was a hassle. Thankfully, it was quiet enough for good rest, despite the location being right on Ocean Drive. The room met my needs, even if it could use a little updating.
